Last updated October 25, 2022

This Privacy Policy explains how No Labels Party of Florida (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website, applications, or other online services.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Privacy Policy you see here will reflect the latest changes. Please check back periodically for updates.

Collection

We collect information you provide to us when you send us an email, fill out a form, donate, or communicate with us in another manner. Personal information you choose to provide directly to us may include your name, email address, phone number, address, occupation, employer name, payment information, or other information.

We compile and review statistics about traffic to our site to improve our campaign efforts. This type of information, such as your IP address, is used in the aggregate without reference to any specific individual. Our site uses common online technologies, including “cookies,” to make the browsing experience more convenient for you. You can choose not to accept cookies or to restrict our use of cookies by changing your browser preferences.

Use

Personal information will be used by our employees and volunteers to assist our efforts. For example, we may use your address to send you mail, or your phone number to remind you to vote. When we ask for personal information, we trust that your decision to provide it is voluntary, that the information is correct, and that you are authorized to provide it.

If you provide your email address to us, we may use it to send you emails updating you on our campaign and reminding you about important events and deadlines. You will be free to unsubscribe from our email list at any time. When you provide comments to us, whether by email, blog, or otherwise, we assume that you do not intend these comments to be private, and we may, at our discretion, use your comments on our site or for general campaign purposes without asking for your permission.

Sharing

We may partner with outside parties and share data with them as part of our efforts to effectively communicate with you, and they may contact you. We may also provide your information to outside parties when we have contracted with them to provide a service, such as a mailing, and we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that those parties do not disclose your information to others.

Children

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to regularly monitor and supervise their children’s online activities. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California Law, California residents have the right to request in writing from businesses with whom they have an established business relationship, (a) a list of the categories of personal information, such as name, e-mail and mailing address and the type of services provided to the customer, that a business has disclosed to third parties (including affiliates that are separate legal entities) during the immediately preceding calendar year for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes and (b) the names and addresses of all such third parties. To request the above information, please contact our team at info@nolabels.org or write to us at (with a reference to California Disclosure Information).

We will respond to such requests for information access within 30 days following receipt at the e-mail or mailing address stated above. If we receive your request at a different e-mail or mailing address, we will respond within a reasonable period of time, but not to exceed 150 days from the date received. Please note that we are only required to respond to each customer once per calendar year.

Like many other websites and online services, we do not currently alter our practices when we receive Do Not Track signals because there is no consensus among industry participants as to what “Do Not Track” means in this context. To find out more about “Do Not Track,” you may wish to visit http://www.allaboutdnt.com.

Protection

We use a variety of electronic and physical measures to safeguard your information from unintentional disclosure to others. We have taken all reasonable steps to make it safe for you to use your credit card and personal information to donate to our campaign. The software provider for these services uses advanced security technology to protect your data from theft or fraud. While we did not write the software, we have chosen only providers that we believe can best protect your privacy.
